The World Cup event may be over but there's not a moment of rest for FIFA Mobile players. The month of August brings a new event and along with it comes another opportunity to boost your team's rating. The new event is called Treasure Hunt and it's pirate themed. The main rewards of the event include 80+ OVR and 92+ OVR player items. Players can get many other valuable prizes like FIFA 19 coins and training XP when participating in event activities.
Treasure Hunt event map has four panels. The first one is called Set Sail. In this panel, players will be able to obtain sail points and to advance their ship. This event has an interesting feature. Players will see a map. On the map, there is a ship and a marked location. They are able to travel with the ship towards the marked location by choosing a direction: north, south, east, and west. A move costs sail points. These points are obtained from regular FIFA Mobile activities such as skill games and VS attack games. Players can also watch ads for points. It's possible to easily reach the destination using another event specific token called chart a course. When the marked position on the map is reached, a reward chest is unlocked. The chest contains coins, 80 OVR players, and dubloons.
The other three event panels are called Treasure Map I, II, and III. The dubloons obtained from treasure chests are spent here to unlock rewards. The first map is freely unlocked but for the other two players will need items from the store. The first map rewards a lot of coins and two player items of 92 and 93 OVR. Training XP, 94 and 95 OVR player items are obtained on the second map. The third one has skill boosts, 96 and 98 OVR football players.
FIFA Mobile store has a special category for event packs. Players can obtain sail points, dubloons, and Set Sail players as premium items. Chart a course points are also bought from here. The event lasts until August 31st.
