FC 24 Career Mode tips

Once the coaching staff is in place, a tactical vision is chosen and the most knowledgeable coach in each department is automatically selected and then designated as the head of that department.

The knowledge mastered by the head coach directly affects the improvement of the attributes of the players in his department. The higher the knowledge level, the more attributes can be improved. For example, a novice-level coach can typically increase up to three attributes, while an expert-level trainer can increase up to nine attributes.

Each player's specific attribute improvements are determined by a variety of factors, including the coach's familiar tactical vision and the player's position on the field.

As for the distribution of hired coaches to various departments within the club, this can be customized to suit the unique requirements of each club. It is worth noting that each club recruits a limited number of coaching positions.

The coaching system in EA FC 24 operates on a structured basis, with coaches assigned to one of four departments: goalkeeper, defense, midfield, or attack. Within these departments, coaches utilize two key dimensions for player development:

Tactical Knowledge: Coaches bring their tactical expertise to the table to influence player development within their assigned department. This tactical knowledge is divided into seven different philosophies that determine how the team plays during the game:

Standard, Wing play, Tiki-Taka, Counter-attack, Gegenpressing, Kick & rush, Park the bus.

Coaches in career mode vary in their proficiency with these tactical concepts, from novice to journeyman or expert. This difference in tactical knowledge is the decisive factor that distinguishes one coach from another in a match. For example, Manchester City's coach may have an expert-level understanding of the "Tiki-taka" tactical vision, but only a novice-level understanding of the "parking the bus" approach.

In particular, doing various training before the game can allow your players to improve their game fitness and sharpness, thereby improving their attributes in the game! It may take a while, but it only takes 3 points to get your reward!
